The breakfast had a great selection of options and yoghourt and pastries were tasty. The location was incredible, only 5 minutes walk to a grand showpiece square.

Well-appointed, comfortable room. Hotel is in a quiet, yet central location that makes it easy to get to place to place (only one bridge if you get off at the Rialto stop- this is VERY important in Venice). Staff was friendly and hotel had the most affordable wifi we encountered in Italy.
There was a funny smell that emanated from the bathroom. Not over-powering, but a little unoleasant. Canals in Venice, btw, are odorless.

The hotel was a fantastic find in the heart of Venice, Italy. The staff was absolutely fabulous, helpful and kind. The rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and very enjoyable. The location is within 200 yards of St Mark's square, but Venice being Venice, is a little difficult to find for the first time. That being said, after orienting yourself to its location it is quit easy to find. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend, absolutely!!!!!

Hotel location was excellent, within 5 mins walk of St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Room was comfy and quiet, staff were friendly and breakfast was plentiful. Could be difficult to find. However we found it easily in the dark and rain using the directions provided by the hotel.

This place has a fantastic location near tourist attractions, it's reasonably priced, close to the Rialto Bridge, my classic room was great with excellent facilities.

The hotel is very close to Rialto, where it is possible to catch the vaporetto to go anywhere in the city, and to Piazza San Marco, where the main places to visit are. Our room had been remodeled recently and was really beautiful and very comfortable.
The wi-fi did not work well in our room, but as soon as we mentioned that to the hotel clerk, he said we wouldn't be charged for such service.

This hotel is in a central location, close to the main tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel, which appears to have been recently refurbished, is breaming with character. The bedding was of a high standard and very clean; the mattress too was very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was quite good and the staff always helpful and very professional.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The weather was lovely, had a very nice stay. the staff were knowledgeable throughout the hotel. - I booked a classic room with a patio, wardrobe, and bathroom. - I liked the savory yogurt and pastries. - Overall, the service was excellent. - the location was magnificent and unbeatable, so close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, and most shopping areas, all the main attractions and cafés. - A cool bonus was Poke a pua, located nearby, offering tea and coffee. - I was there for 3 nights and would stay here again.

I loved this hotel. The staff and concierge service was superior. Our room was very comfortable and most importantly very clean. The breakfast service was very good and efficient. I would not want to havve to find this gem tucked away in the maze at night but the Rialto vaporetto stop was easy and the path to the hotel stairless. This stay was the best of 5 I have enjoyed and alot of that is attributed to this darling hotel.
